Cloumer securely locks client deposits upfront via integrated payment gateways (including Stripe). Funds remain held in neutral escrow until both creator and client approve work milestones or final deliverables.
Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of account credentials. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of watermarked preview assets will result in immediate termination.
In cases of client or creator disagreement, Cloumer provides neutral dispute mediation using automated revision history logs, watermarked preview records, and verified communication trails.
Standard payouts are processed within 24 hours to designated bank accounts upon final milestone approval. Applicable platform service fees are clearly displayed prior to transaction confirmation.
